The subsequent contemplation was around how every restoration towards healing is about LivingCloser. We return to LivingCloser to unconditional love and to our true selves. While trauma is an experience that knocks us outside of our identity and embeds false beliefs about ourselves, God, and others, an effective healing path draws is closer to living connected to the physical and spiritual world around us and reconciles us to the goodness of our original design and calling. We reclaim an abiding peace and bring it with us back into our bodies.
